1. Who we are

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer from CLUB5 and every agreement concluded at club5.nl between CLUB5 and a consumer. By placing an order you accept these terms.

3. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros (€) and include Dutch VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Obvious mistakes in the offer do not bind CLUB5. Promotional codes such as the first-order code cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Ordering and payment

The agreement is concluded once you receive our order confirmation by email. Payment is made at checkout through the payment methods shown. We may refuse or cancel an order if there are reasonable grounds, for example suspected fraud; any payment will then be refunded.

5. Delivery

We deliver in the Netherlands and selected EU countries. The expected delivery time is shown at checkout; the maximum period is 30 days. If delivery is delayed, we will inform you and you may cancel the order free of charge. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the product. Notify us at orders@club5.nl or use the model form below, and return the product within 14 days after notifying us.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are for your account unless stated otherwise. We refund the purchase price and original standard shipping costs within 14 days of your notice, once we have received the product back.

8. Guarantee and conformity

Our products meet the agreement and reasonable expectations of quality. This does not limit your statutory rights under Dutch law (legal guarantee). If a product is damaged or incorrect on arrival, contact us within a reasonable time and we will offer a replacement or refund.

9. Use of products

CLUB5 products are cosmetic products for external use only. Read the label before use, do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow limitation.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the CLUB5 name, logo, images and texts, is owned by CLUB5 and may not be used without written permission.

12. Complaints

Send complaints to support@club5.nl. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Privacy and applicable law

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy. Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements with CLUB5.
